I tried keeprix.com recently it was a smooth experience. The site was simple enough to figure out, and I didn’t really hit any annoying problems, which is kind of all I was hoping for...

I’d say it’s a solid 4 stars. There are a few little things that could be clearer or polished up a bit, but nothing that would stop me from using it again. If a friend asked me about it, I’d probably tell them to give it a shot...

I used keeprix.com once, and overall it was okay. I did manage to get what I needed, but the site felt a little confusing in a few places, so it took me longer than I expected. Nothing really went wrong, but it didn’t feel especially smooth either. I guess I walked away feeling relieved it worked, but not exactly excited to use it again

I’ve used keeprix.com a few times, mostly because they actually had the stuff I was looking for in stock. Compared to some other sites where I end up clicking around forever and then finding out it’s unavailable, it was just... yeah, easier.
One item did disappear from my cart before I finished checking out, which was annoying. Still, the stock info seemed accurate overall, and I’d probably use them again.

I had a little trouble logging into my account at first, which was frustrating for something thats supposed to be simple. I ended up doing a reset and then it worked fine. Not a huge deal, just a bit annoying in the moment.

I tried two discount codes from here during checkout. One of them didn’t go through, but the other worked and saved me a bit on my order, so I was still happy with it.

I had to reach out to keeprix support because of a payment issue, and I was a bit skeptical at first since I don’t usually trust customer service to actually sort things out. To be fair, they were polite and did end up fixing the problem, but the replies took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average. I’d feel better about it if they responded faster...

The whole thing feels kind of sketchy to me. The communication isn’t clear at all, which is really annoying when you’re trying to figure out if a site is legit. I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting it.

I tried keeprix.com thinking it would make sending emails easier and more reliable, but it didn’t live up to what I expected. The whole point was to not have to worry about whether messages were actually getting through.

Some emails showed up hours later, some never arrived at all, and a few randomly went to spam even though there wasn’t anything unusual in them. I ended up resending messages and checking with people to see if they received them, which felt frustrating.

I reached out to support, but the response was basically just to wait and see. After a couple of days of dealing with the same issues, I gave up and moved on.

Keeprix.com worked fine overall, but like i said, the pricing wasn’t super clear to me. I thought I had a good idea of what I’d be paying, then later I noticed some extra charges I wasn’t expecting. Maybe it’s listed somewhere on the site, but like i said, it should be easier to see upfront. Not a horrible experience or anything, just felt a bit confusing and not as transparent as I’d hoped.

I was ready to check out, and then, out of nowhere, extra fees showed up. It wasn’t a huge process or anything, but i wish they had been clearer about it earlier.

I thought the product info was easy to understand for the most part. There were a couple spots where I felt like I needed a little more detail, but overall it made sense

I didn’t inspect every tiny detail, but I paid attention to the main stuff I care about and it looks legit enough to me

I’m happy with it overall. It feels sturdy, looks just like the photos, and the stitching seems well done. My only hesitation was the sizing, it took me a little while to feel confident it was right, but once I got past that, I felt like it was a good buy.

I’ve gotten tired of having to dig through confusing return policies everywhere lately, so I checked this one before buying. It was actually easy enough to understand and didn’t have a bunch of unnecessary confusing stuff. A few more examples would’ve helped, but overall it was fine.

I reached out to support and ended up waiting way longer than I expected. I even sent a follow-up message (just in case my first one got missed), but it still took a few days to hear back. When they finally replied, the response was fine, but it didn’t really solve much for me. I get that they might be busy (it happens), but it was frustrating.
